A: Required materials are emailed to registered students months before the class. We often recommend ordering supplies online in advance for the best prices and selection. There are a few options for mid-grade art supplies nearby if you need anything.

Q: How do I get to Luminous Flux Gallery + Studios in downtown Loveland?
A: If you’re flying into Denver, we strongly suggest a rental car to make your life easier. There are shuttle and bus options from the airport and nearby cities.
Luminous Flux can be a little tricky to find, so plan extra time for arrival on the first day!
Service to/from Denver International Airport (DIA) direct to the door of Luminous Flux. Halfway between a bus and a private taxi. Fares from $42.
Operates from 3:15am-10:15pm, with an additional last shuttle departure at 12:30am.
Green Ride Shuttle
Offers service to/from DIA, direct to/from Holiday Inn Express, Embassy Suites and La Quinta Inn. Approx. $40 round trip.
Schedules & reservations
Bustang Offers service to/from Denver, Loveland, Fort Collins (North Line).
$9-$10 for a single ride. 50 minutes Denver to Loveland.

A: You'll be glad you asked! Loveland is “the Gateway to the Rocky Mountains” and is conveniently located on the Front Range, close to Estes Park & Rocky Mountain National Park (45 min), Fort Collins (30 min), Boulder (45 min), and Denver (55 min).
Devil’s Backbone Open Space - Nice hiking trail with views of the mountains and interesting geological features. Approximately a 10-minute drive from downtown.
Jayhawker Ponds - Quiet open space within walking distance of downtown.
Boyd Lake State Park - Within biking distance of downtown with campsites and recreation.
